This page explains how MP3YT responds to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices.
Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through MP3YT infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice containing the following:
- Your full name, company (if applicable), postal address, phone number, and email address.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) on MP3YT where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to Send Your Notice
Send your DMCA notice to: contact@mp3yt.link. We will review and respond to valid notices in a timely manner.
Counter Notification
If you believe material was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice that includes:
- Your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
MP3YT reserves the right to disable access for users who are repeat infringers, and to remove content upon receiving valid and complete DMCA notices.
